The Construction Vocational Training program will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to gain employment in the construction industry, especially as it applies to the carpentry specialization. The course meets for four hours on Saturday for 12 weeks beginning February the 2nd and ending on April the 27th. We will focus on principles of construction carpentry and specific skills and tools use necessary to be successful in the industry. Founded in 2005, Los Angeles-based Hip-Hop dance company, Versa-Style Dance creates highly energetic work by fusing dances that are culturally significant to our community. These forms include Hip-Hop styles such as 90s Hip-Hip, House, Popping, Locking, Whacking, and Boogaloo, in addition to Afro-Latin styles such as Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, and Afro-Cuban to name a few. As a reaction to the widespread media misrepresentation to these dance forms, Versa-Style specifically aims to perform for the youth to instill the roots, history, and social/political issues surrounding the art of our generation.



Hip-Hop breaks color lines by creating a forum where people come together for a common passion rather than grouping themselves by race or socio-economic backgrounds. Versa-Style demonstrates freedom of expression, freedom of individuality, hard work, self-discipline, and dedication to the form.

Classics at The Merc is a bi-monthly chamber recital series co-produced by the California Chamber Orchestra and Temecula Presents.



Every 2nd and 4th Sunday afternoon we feature an individual musician or small ensemble performing a wide range of music. Our performers are all working professional musicians or advanced conservatory students.



The Classics at The Merc series is curated by Michael Molnau: Principal Violist, Music Librarian, and Orchestra Personnel Manager for the California Chamber Orchestra. In addition to featuring professional musicians from our own community, our close affiliations with San Diego State Universitys Adams Project and with the Consortium of Southern California Chamber Music Presenters allow us to present a wide range of talent from Southern California and beyond.

Shawn Kekoa Pimental is a five-time Na Hoku Hanohano Award winner and Grammy-Nominated Music Producer and Artist. One-third of the group Na Leo Pilimehana since 1984, Lehua Kalima has been performing for over 30 years. With her roots in Hawaiian music and her passion in folk and pop, Kalima has penned and recorded over 35 songs both with Na Leo Pilimehana and as a solo artist.
