They are compiling this information for the local government entities to share with FEMA. Upon receipt, FEMA will put a monetary figure against the assistance/donation and apply it towards our share of the cost of recovery efforts. FREE ASSISTANCE Ice, water and food are being distributed daily at Fats in Lamar and the old HEB parking lot . There is also a distribution center for home goods and other needs at 99 Austin Street in downtown Rockport. FEMA, and SBA at Women's Club by Veterans Park near downtown and adjacent to water front TWIA is located on Laurel Street next to the Wells Fargo.
